Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and text)
Effectively anticipating customer needs
Preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices, material orders
Assisting with scheduling field technicians
Assisting other team members with various tasks & helping wherever needed
Assisting with showroom sales
At least (1-2) year office/clerical experience (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent spelling, grammar, and editing skills
High level of personal, written, and phone communication skills
Be organized and able to work within deadlines
Be analytical and able to problem-solve
Able to work under high-pressure, sometimes demanding conditions
Able to work independently and make decisions
Able to work well in a team
Having a problem-solving mindset
Responding to feedback well and taking initiative
Being willing and able to wear multiple “hats”
