Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating clearly with our customers across multiple channels (phone, email, and text)

  • Effectively anticipating customer needs

  • Preparing quotes, sales orders, invoices, material orders

  • Assisting with scheduling field technicians

  • Assisting other team members with various tasks & helping wherever needed

  • Assisting with showroom sales

Skills Need to Win:

  • At least (1-2) year office/clerical experience (preferred)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and editing skills

  • High level of personal, written, and phone communication skills

  • Be organized and able to work within deadlines

  • Be analytical and able to problem-solve

  • Able to work under high-pressure, sometimes demanding conditions

  • Able to work independently and make decisions

  • Able to work well in a team

  • Having a problem-solving mindset

  • Responding to feedback well and taking initiative

  • Being willing and able to wear multiple “hats”
